This appointment is required prior to getting an accepted tattoo appointment of any kind. Please include as much information about your desired tattoo as possible including but not limited to a photo, if its from a flash sheet - and which sheet, size, location, any changes you may want.

$20.00 deposit required

$30.00 deposit required

Please book a consult first, this appointment will not be accepted without one prior. Custom pieces start $60 but are a ALL case by case basis.

This option must be added to any type of minor tattoo appointment. This includes our parental consent forms to be filled out on behalf of the minor. If this does not get added, your appointment will not be approved.
