Welcome ☺️ Lu here, Owner of Xo, Lu. I’m a dual (Ohio & Florida) state licensed Advanced Cosmetologist and Cosmetology Instructor. I went on to become a Fine Line tattoo artist but not before being a certified Permanent Makeup Artist and a certified Lash Technician. I am always working hard at expanding in my field to offer a wide variety of services to all my beautiful clients. I have an amazing skilled team offering a wide variety of other services inside the salon as well including but not limited to Gel X, acrylics, spa pedicures, a multitude of hair services, lashes and tanning. I have worked super hard to have something for everyone and if there is something you’re after but just don’t see let us know and we’ll see what we can come up with for you. CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit ***PLUS*** $35 (for appointments under $100) OR 50% of the appointment (for anything over $100) as a cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. *All deposits are non refundable, regardless of when you choose to cancel* They may be reused one time if you need to reschedule as long as a 24 hour plus notice has been given.
